PNP personnel of MargosatubigMPS, conducted police operation on wanted person (Service
of Arrest Warrant) at about 10:00AM of September 19, 2018 at PurokAnahaw, Brgy.
Kalian, Margosatubig, ZamboangaDel Sur.
The operation resulted
to the arrest of one ArnulfoCatipay Y Cueto, 53 years old, male, farmer and a
resident of PurokAnahaw, Barangay Balintawak, Margosatubig,ZamboangaDel
Sur.
The accused was
arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrestfor the crime of Alarm and Scandals with
Criminal Case No. 18-047 issued by Hon. Ruben N. Bance, Presiding Judge of 9th
Judicial Region, RTC, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.
The WoA was issued
dated June 5, 2018, with a bail bond recommended of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Pesos (Php120,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
The subject-arrested
person is now under the custody of Margosatubig MPS for proper disposition.
